New windows and doors improve comfort, cut energy bills and add long-term value to your home. Hale Windows Torrance pairs proven product lines with our own installing crews for lasting performance - and a price we put in writing.
Choose your installer
The unit is half the job - the install is the other half. Our own background-checked crews measure, set, seal and insulate every opening, and they know the lines we quote inside and out because they install them every week.
Select the right products
Compare styles, materials and glass packages side by side until the fit is right for your rooms, your budget and your goals. The product-line comparison below is the place to start.
Prepare your home for install
Before install day we walk you through a short checklist - furniture pulled back, treatments down, a clear path to each opening - so install day is watch-it-happen, not scramble.

Meet the Torrance Team Behind Hale Windows Torrance
When you book a window replacement or front door install with us, the crew that shows up is the crew you’ll know by name before they arrive. No rotating cast. No anonymous subcontractors. Our Torrance team has worked together for years, and most of us live within twenty minutes of the neighborhoods we serve, from Old Torrance to Southwood. We’re the people homeowners call back for the second project, the one they’re planning for next year. That says more than any ad could.
Our People
Marcus J., Lead Technician
Marcus has been setting windows in the South Bay for 19 years, the last 11 of them with Hale. He holds certifications in PGT and CGI impact-rated installation, which matters in Torrance when the Santa Ana winds pick up and homeowners start asking real questions about what their glass can handle. His specialty is tricky retrofits in 1950s ranch homes where the original openings were never square, and he has a running count of how many times that’s the case. Over 400 now. Marcus is the person you want measuring your opening, because he’ll catch the ¼-inch discrepancy before it becomes a $900 change order. He restores old motorcycles on weekends and keeps a framed photo of a 1974 Honda CB750 on his workbench at home, though his wife calls it “the reason the garage smells like carb cleaner.”
Delia R., Senior Installer
Delia joined Hale in 2016 after six years doing high-end residential glazing in West LA, and she’s our lead on ViewLux and ES Windows projects, the lines where fit and finish matter most. She’s factory-trained on Therma-Tru door installations and handles most of our front door replacements, including the pre-hung configs that newer crews fumble. Delia measures twice, then checks the level, then checks it again, a habit she picked up early and never dropped. She’s the only person on the crew who genuinely enjoys caulking, which the rest of us find suspicious. Delia lives in Lomita and has two young daughters who think every window we install goes into a house with a pool.
Ethan S., Service Coordinator
Ethan is the voice on the phone for most of our Torrance customers, and he’s been with the company since 2019. He started as an apprentice installer, so when you describe a problem to him, a fogged pane or a window that’s suddenly grinding in its track, he knows the difference between a hardware issue and a full replacement. Ethan runs the Threshold Standard process for every visit: confirming the technician’s name and photo before dispatch, sending the written price before any work starts, and following up after the job to make sure nothing got missed. He’s the reason our repair guarantees get scheduled without a phone tree. Ethan is a long-suffering Dodgers fan and knows more about Japanese denim than anyone with only one pair of jeans should.
Luis M., Apprentice
Luis is the newest member of the team, two years in, and he already handles glass removal and reglazing on his own. He’s working toward his PGT impact certification under Marcus’s supervision and spends most mornings on the truck running through the checklist before we hit the road. Luis grew up in Harbor Gateway and takes real pride in working in the same neighborhoods he’s known his whole life. He’s also the strongest member of the crew, which means he gets handed every heavy slider we install, a fact he claims to enjoy. Nobody believes him.
One Standard, Every Job
Whoever shows up at your door in Torrance, the process doesn’t change. Every technician is background-checked and identity-verified before they ever put on the uniform. You get their name and photo before the visit, so you never open the door to a surprise. Your written price is in your hands before any work begins, and it doesn’t change once we’re on the job. If a repair fails, the second visit is free, on paper, in your quote. And everything falls under the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if it’s not right, we make it right. No argument needed. Spencer Odell runs the Torrance location the same way the company has operated since 2009, with crews whose names you know and a guarantee that actually says what it means.
